Commissioning a Horse Portrait

The Process:

2. Contact me with these details, we can then talk about the portrait, the composition and reference material I will need for the portrait, this usually includes meeting the horse and owner, taking photos, sketches and colour references.

3. A deposit is then paid to confirm the commission, a confirmation detailing your order will be sent to you.

4. I will carry out the commission and send you an image of the portrait when close to completion for your approval.

5. Payment for the commission is then completed and the portrait dispatched to your address.

In certain cases I will consider using reference material a client may already have.
